Award-winning Phone Design at the Digital Trophies

On October 18th, the entire Studio team was very excited to see Phone Design awarded the Service Provider Trophy at the 2nd Digital Trophies ceremony, a distinction received with a great enthusiasm. Organized by the association Perspectives Numériques 10 in cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Troyes and Aube, 21 companies from the Aube region were competing in 7 categories that evening. This much anticipated award has reinforced the Studio's convictions about digital technology.
Digital, the development base of Phone Design
From the outset, the Studio has turned to digital to guarantee its independence and deliverables adapted to its niche market. It is this context that led the company to digitize its services and products.
The Studio's identity is 100% White Label, and its 730 partners (integrators, operators, call centers) benefit from an Extranet which allows them to manage this additional service offered to their customers: order tracking, invoices, subscriber base management, sales support tools and communication support, this interface was built as a simple and effective dashboard.
A drive to digital extended to end customers
The development of digital tools is of course fundamental for our partners' customers: the Studio sites allow them to design their telephone greeting messages, to create their own sonic branding, through dedicated Customer Areas which offer them increasing autonomy.
Developed by our IT Department, which works 100% on their development and maintenance, all these tools are essential for the digitization of processes. Phone Design works every day to ease exchanges with integrators and end customers.
A « springboard » strategy for the international market
For the past two years, Phone Design has especially been working particularly on its image and its presence on social media in its ecosystem. Already established in France, Benelux and the French overseas departments and territories, its latest major project was launched in September 2022, and underlines its ambitions : Phone Design is now present in Canada, a move made possible by the profoundly « digital » design of the company. The evolution of the process and the creation of tools specific to this new market have proved to be essential for this new phase of expansion.
The establishment of a SaaS (Software As A Service) contract definitively establishes its commitments towards its partners regarding its obligations in providing a range of digital tools.
Convinced that digitalization is constantly evolving, Phone Design wishes to follow these cyclical changes, and plans, in particular, to progress in the field of Big Data.
