The Studio regularly improves the tools available to your customers, but not only. We care as much about your management interface : you've guessed it, your Extranet is evolving!
Here are some new features specially designed to make your life (even) easier.
1 - An optimized search for your customers
You used to search for your customers by their Company Name.
Today, this field is evolving so that you can also find them by order reference, production number or telephone number.
So many alternatives to identify your customers, it's priceless!
2 - A straightforward shortcut to their customer area
In the «Client Summary» tab on the Client Files, a new little magic shortcut «Client area access» allows you to access their logged-in area.
No, you're not dreaming, no more need to copy/paste their logins to connect on their behalf, a simple click will now be enough (crazy)!
3 - Your customers will soon hold no secrets for you
Sometimes you just want to know when your customers are active on their Customer Area, and this was impossible until now, unless you contacted us so that we could give you this information to you.
From now on, your Extranet will tell you the date and time of their last connection to their logged in Areas.
4 - Mobile: Did you say «Download» ?
You have ordered mobile phone messages and want us to manage their downloading to your customer's mobile?
Your Extranet now informs you of its dated effectiveness: Green dot, everything is ok it's downloaded!
Orange dot, oh no, download may have failed due to incomplete or incorrect information, call us back!
