Violette, can you tell us more about the ECHO platform, and especially its new « My Resellers » feature?

Violette : Of course! It's the latest evolution in collaboration systems at Phone Design. The Studio takes a position of wholesaler of its solutions and services. This will enable our partners to become real purchasing centers. Whether they are operators with a distribution network, or any other player wishing to join this dynamic, they are now able to resell PHONE DESIGN services while remaining the sole contact for their resellers.

With ECHO, our partners can easily manage their resellers. It's like having their own control room, where they can manage everything related to studio services.

So, ECHO now offers the possibility of several levels of subcontracting?

Violette : Exactly! With ECHO, we're breaking new ground by enabling our partners to sell our services directly to other players in the sector. It's a logical next step, following the example of the services offered in the telecom sector.

This innovation, the result of a specially designed sub-license, also opens the door to a « coopetition » strategy where complementary skills and reduced costs translate into mutual benefits.

Flexibility and agility have been part of the Studio's DNA since its creation. How have these specific features been incorporated into ECHO?

Violette : Indeed, we wanted « My Resellers » to reflect us. Traditional subcontracting models are often rather rigid and quickly limited...

Our aim was to guarantee resellers complete autonomy in their choice of services, while still benefiting from comprehensive support and tools to meet their customers' needs. We also wanted small structures to be able to prosper without the constraints of a heavy initial investment, particularly in terms of time consumption. At Phone Design, we like to think big, even for small businesses, and to play as a team!

The more levels of subcontracting you have, the more complicated it can become to manage. How have you designed this new model to avoid this pitfall?

Violette : Precisely! Our quadripartite management system is a direct response to the administrative and operational complications often associated with traditional subcontracting models. By centralizing billing and customer relations at partner level, we offer a simplified and efficient experience. Beyond that, our approach offers the distributor complete visibility over the entire reseller network. Everything is designed to facilitate order management and commercial relations.

To conclude, can you tell us how this marketplace strengthens the IT and telecom ecosystem?

Violette : Quite simply! Where others settle for classic customer-supplier relationships, we advocate and practice coopetition. By allowing partners to cross-sell services, we create collective added value.
