Phone Design is a Studio who is, not only working a 100% through channel, but also is a 100% digitized regarding its processes with its partners and their clients. To do so, our IT department developed and keeps on developing tools allowing integrators and managed service providers to manage with ease their greeting message services, and to guaranty their clients the same simplicity. A responsive website in your name and colors
Conveying the “message culture” in your name, that’s the Studio’s mission. This website is a showcase for your clients and asserts your position as an expert of Studio services. There they can find all kind of subjects related to telephone greeting messages thanks to regularly updated content: articles about transversal subjects, texts examples, and of course access to our music library and our voice-over actors cast. For your clients, a unique personal space
To guaranty a smooth customer journey, your clients have access to their own client area, where they can create their telephone greeting messages. Here they can find everything related to greeting messages, with all the useful features to conceive their messages: productions history, order follow up, new message request... in other words, a real dashboard! Echo, a self-reliant management interface
