Most of the time, our Customer Service team completely prepares the texts of your customers' messages, for whom starting from a blank page can be difficult.
We directly adapt the writings to:
information collected during our conversations (organization, tone, style)
the specific functions of each message (welcoming, waiting, closing, etc.)
the technical restrictions you transmitted us
We inform your customers about a certain number of restrictions such as:
Prefer positive sentences (invite to wait rather than ask not to leave)
Design a funnel IVR by limiting the number of choices
Think about giving specific times when customers can call back in the event of a closure
Communicate useful information on messages to unclog their reception…
Your client then goes to his Client Area where he checks and possibly modifies our text proposals.
Of course, it is up to him to make the final decision on the text. If he validates his texts without specific callback times on his answering machine, with a simple waiting sentence for his on hold message, we will never go against his will. The Studio proposes, the client chooses!
Thus, more than sound quality for their message, as well as the guarantee of relevance of the texts in their messages, we offer your customers a precious element: saving time, even if they wish to remain independent! Your customers often have little time to devote to produce their messages.
