We have therefore integrated into My Studio an option that allows your client to make multiple adjustments: before validation of listening, your most perfectionist clients have the possibility of unlimited and free modifications as soon as they listen to their messages.
Upon receipt of the request for a modification, Phone Design delivers the production again, under the same conditions as the first delivery within 24 hours only!
... and support for after-sales service, whatever the case
We work every day to achieve perfection, but sometimes your Studio can make mistakes. If the mistake is spoted only after the listening validation or even the delivery of the messages, we obviously take charge of the after-sales service request free of charge, and this up to 6 months after the delivery of the messages.
Teams always available when needed. It would be great if the customer could order his studio messages himself online.
