Telephone greetings carry the voice of the company, its reality at a very moment. Because not a day is like another, even in professional life, they can take different shapes:
Advertising/Promotional: to support commercial events, promote a new service, support a product launch, etc.
Events: companies live to the rhythm of their news of which callers to be informed. Holidays, exceptional openings but also tradesgow, open houses, not to mention end-of-year messages and greetings.
Institutional: natural extension of the physical reception of a company, the messages convey its identity and its values. They also make sure to inform the public of its opening hours, its mission or its services.
In substance as in form, the writing adapts to the content of the message. An adaptability which is also valid for the voice over actor or actress who will lend his voice to the messages.
Voice to bring them to life
A good message is therefore a message tailored to the company. The same goes for the voice that interprets it. Thus, the Studio brought together a cast of more than 30 mixed and varied voices to match each content.
The artists are first and foremost actors and actresses: theatre, radio, advertising, television, all pursue a career in parallel with the recording of telephone greetings. It is thanks to their experience that they go beyond a basic reading of the texts : they bring them to life.
Intonations: the sound pantone
Shade is life! Each type of message takes on its full dimension with a vocal interpretation adapted to its content, but also to the image that the company wishes to give to its audience. Our panel of voices is experienced in the exercise of interpretation: institutional, committed, soft, the artists adapt to the specifications of your customers regardind the tone to give to the messages.
In French, but not only!
All the artists in the cast record in their mother tongue. Thus, regardless of the language chosen for the messages, your customers benefit from the same potential for interpreting the messages of their telephone reception.
